The best beaches in Phuket

Phuket is the Thailand’s pearl washed by the Andaman sea. Can you imagine its beauty?

The first thing that we want to tell you about is Phuket paradise beaches!

Nai Harn Beach

Nai Harn

Nai Harn is a clean beach in Phuket situated in a small bay between green hills. It is quieter than the beaches in the western part of the island. Here you can find everything: bars and cafes, hotels, shops and the beach still has the atmosphere of a tropical paradise. Not far from the seashore underwater there are fascinating coral reefs and exotic sea inhabitants which you can admire while doing diving in Phuket.

Nai Harn beach is big and long with soft fine sand and bright blue water. There are two rows of sun chairs placed along the territory of the beach. You can always find a vacant place.

Between the beach and the lake across the road there is a modest inconspicuous temple which has been recently enlarged. The lake behind the beach used to be of natural origin , now it is a concrete pond where you can swim in a boat with kids.

Karon Beach

Karon

The second longest beach in Phuket is Karon Beach. Here tourists enjoy a wide sandy coastline and a good choice of nightclubs and restaurants. This beach is considered to be the cleanest and the most beautiful in Phuket. The nicest time to visit is from January to March. You have to pay for using sun chairs here. You can also rent surfing equipment.

Those who are tired from the heat can relax in Dino Park situated nearby in the shadow of tropical trees and plants. This is a park where you can admire dinosaurs, play mini golf and taste Thai and European cuisines.

Kata Beach

Kata beach

Kata Beach is the second most popular among tourists after Patong. This wide coastline covered with white sand and blue sea becomes incredibly beautiful during the sunset. The choice of restaurants, shops, hotels and nightclubs is large. Kata Beach is known as a perfect place for a family holiday in Thailand.

Near Kata Beach there is a theme dino park with a mini golf course and a volcano. A couple of kilometres away you can see the Big Buddha statue with a viewpoint nearby. The view over the beach seashore from there is magnificent.

Kata Noi Beach

Kata Noi

If you want to relax near Kata Beach but away from its crowds of people, then you should stay at Kata Noi - a small picturesque bay in Phuket. This is a wide coastline with wide sand and transparent water even during the high season. As the beach is situated far away from the popular tourist routes, it is a quiet and peaceful place. You can pass it unnoticed if you don’t know where exactly it is situated.

Besides two hotels there aren’t practically any facilities - only Thai massage salons, 24/7 shop and few bars for the hotel guests. The northern part of the beach due to its high waves is frequently visited by surfers. During the low season the waves at Kata Noi become especially high and practising surfing is more difficult.

Patong Beach

Patong

Patong Beach is the heart of the island and those characteristics that brought it popularity became the reason of many complaints. Patong is bright crowded noisy and big. People gather here like moths lured to the fire. There are two main reasons for the beach’s popularity among tourists: its beauty and safe night entertainments. Shops, restaurants, cafes, spa salons is just the icing on the cake.

Next to the beach there is the famous Bangla Road where tourists from all over the world can find unforgettable sex-entertainments. So welcome to the grand show - Simon Cabaret!
