Program

5:00 a.m. – 5:30 a.m. Departure from the agreed meeting place in Khao Lak (at the main road).

11:00 a.m. Arriving to Ranong.

11:30 a.m. Departure to the island by boat.

12:00 p.m. Crossing the border with Myanmar (Burma) and passing of Immigration office.

1:00 p.m. Departure back to Ranong.

2:00 p.m. Lunch at Thai restaurant.

5:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. Return to Khao Lak.

Please indicate entry into Thailand via a land border with Malaysia on foot, without specifying any transportation number. As for the exit from Thailand, you may provide any information at your discretion.

Passport with a validity period of at least 6 months. If less than 6 months remain until the end of the passport validity period, then it will not be possible to make a border run.

Limitations

For Russian and EU passports this boarder ran option is available if you have no more than 12 Thai stamps per calendar year.

Passports of other countries are allowed on the boarder run only 2 times during the calendar year.

In any case, when you making a booking, do not forget to attach a passport photo: a page with a photo and with all Thai visa/stamps during last 12 months.

With 'overstay'

If your current visa / stamp has expired at the time of the border run, you will need to pay an 'overstay' fine of 500 baht for each day of delay.
